In this role I,
• Produced creative content, co-promos, and TV spots for Hocus Pocus 2, Shark Home, Disney+, and D23 Expo.
• Engaged in client & production team communication to define deliverables, while managing client feedback and expectations.
• Monitored & documented critical updates from 4 producers across 30 key projects for consistent tracking of the production workflow.
• Developed over 50 cue sheets, scripts, and shot lists to ensure the accuracy of production assets and streaming deliverables.
• Project Lead for Clio Entertainment Awards; managed efforts of 21 award entries of respective media, credits, and information.

• Orchestrated communication between 40+ production members, and award executives, and recruited a 4-man team to resolve discrepancies & solidify entry requirements, resulting in 99% data accuracy.
• Generated Excel workbook with 40+ data fields and employed Box to store & track assets, keeping to the project timeline.
2022 D23 Expo Legends Videos
Video Subjects: Johnathan Groff, Ellen Pompeo, Josh Gad, Robert 'Bob' Foster, Tracee Ellis Ross, Doris Hardoon, and Chris Montan
• Conducted research on subjects' entire discography to compile lists of their Disney-owned credentials, and assisted with sourcing archival footage for 7 videos.
• Researched through Disney-owned series episodes, movies, images, soundtracks, and interviews to pull direct quotes that elevated the subject's Disney legacy.
